President Saied of Tunisia asked to step down.
A group of irate Tunisians have protested against President Kais Saied as the country is currently facing political and economic crisis.
A large group of people assembled themselves in the country's capital Tunis, to demand the end of President Saied's government.
According to source, the people who supported the president since he came to power in 2021 have been left frustrated with the state of the economy.
With debts piling up, the country has struggled to import basic goods, including staples such as coffee, milk and sugar.
According to the protesters, the economy is in limbo, as it goes through one of the dangerous time in its history.
This, they say has brought poverty and famine and the people are currently reeling under this economic hardship.
President Saied has so far made no public comments on the issue.
